Jackie’s Giclee Print Drop

Description

This is an 8 inch by 10 inch with a .5 inch boarder giclee of my original painting, Jackie. This giclee is made from moab entrada rag natural paper. This giclee comes in a plastic casing with a protective cardboard backing to keep it from getting damaged.  Included with the giclee will be a special Certificate of Authentication as well as Jackie’s story. Your giclee will be numbered, signed, and dated.

There will only be 100 giclees printed. This is a limited time offer!

Jackie’s story:

There once was a tall woman with long dark hair. She lived in a cabin in the woods by herself, enjoying long walks in the forest. She was fascinated by biology and how she could push it beyond what scientists believed was possible. She researched necromancy so she could have a friend of her own.

After lots of preparation, she went on her usual walk through the trees, but this time to look for some materials. The woman found a deceased cat with a face beyond repair. Deciding this would be a good challenge, she wrapped the cat up in a  scarf and searched for a suitable head. Not too far from where she found the cat, she found the skull of a deer. She took the skull used it to repair the damage that was done to the cat’s head.

After trying over and over again to bring the cat back, it worked! The cat slowly stood up, looking around, then had a big stretch. The woman was delighted and decided to name the cat “Jackie”.

Back from the dead, Jackie spends most of his time with the necromancer, in her little cabin. Jackie loves to chase mice, go on long adventurous walks in the woods with his new friend, and hides in spaces his new antlers will allow him to fit. While Jackie is still learning about life, about new sounds and smells, new creatures, new textures, he is happy to be alive with his favorite person.
